Though I have several in the pipeline now, my first story to actually “hit the street” is online now in the August edition (Vol 3) of the e-zine Postcards From… It’s titled, “Redemption“, and began as an entry in Liberty Hall’s weekly flash challenge, in which writers are provided one or more trigger phrases, pictures, poems, etc, and must write a complete flash-length short story (about 300-1200 words or so) in 90 minutes, using the trigger as a starting idea.

That particular week, one trigger was to write a story about a sniper, and the result was this grim little tale about a time-traveling sniper trying to change history.

If you read it and liked it (or even if you didn’t like it), let me know, either via a comment below or e-mail at SFFWarren(at)
